Most sites are done in 2–4 weeks from the time I have everything I need from you. Larger projects or those with a lot of content can take up to 6 weeks. The biggest variable is usually how quickly we can get content and feedback going back and forth.

Mainly your content: your story, services, any photos, and a general sense of your vibe. I'll send you a questionnaire when we kick off that walks through everything. You don't need to have it all perfect, that's what I'm here for.

If you have an existing site or business, I'll also need logins for your current hosting provider, domain registrar, and any email marketing platforms you're using (Flodesk, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) so I can hit the ground running without waiting on access.

Projects start at $2,500 for a Starter site: up to 3 pages, a contact form, and SEO basics. Most small businesses land in the $2,500–$3,500 range. For larger or more complex projects, I'll put together a custom quote. I also offer ongoing care plans if you want someone in your corner after launch. No surprise invoices, ever. We agree on the number before I start.

Yes. I typically split projects 50% upfront and 50% at launch. For larger projects we can work out a schedule that makes sense for you.

You own everything: your domain, your hosting, your content. If you want ongoing help with updates, edits, or maintenance, I offer monthly care plans. If you'd rather fly solo, I'll make sure you know how to manage the basics before we wrap up.
